Welcome to The Nashville Chapter of Les Gemmes, Inc.

This chapter was established in 2004 under the umbrella of the national organization that was established in Norfork, Virginia in 1944.  We hail from Nashville, Tennessee.  This is the  home of the Grammy award winning Fisk Jubilee Singers who crowned the area as Music City.   The Nashville Chapter of Les Gemmes, Inc. is proud to serve in the city that launched the career of  Oprah Winfrey, hosts the National Museum of African American Music and a rich offering of historical HBCU's.  These historical black colleges and universities known as  the "Athena of the South" are comprised of Tennessee State University, Fisk University, American Baptist College and Meharry Medical College.
